Webinar Series – This series is designed to provide specific information that will help each President Elect (PE) lead an effective and vibrant Rotary club. We realize that there is a wide range of Rotary knowledge and skills in our PE’s each year. To that end, we would encourage PE’s to learn the skills and information they don’t have and to bypass that which they are already proficient. It is not our intention to waste your time nor ours.

In order to write goals for our clubs and ourselves we need to understand our strengths and weaknesses and those of our club. We will take a look at how this might be accomplished. Club elections should happen and be reported to RI before the end of December.

Enter your goals and information into Rotary Club Central by District Assembly. Any entered data can be changed at a later date.
April 5, 2014, District Assembly – Location TBD
Every club should have entered a TRF goal and Membership goal in Rotary Club Central.
Attend the District Conference and team planning time. Schedule a club assembly and share your goals and budget with your club. Meet with your program chair to make sure your programs are scheduled for the next two months. Make sure your club is qualified for grants.
Attend Rotary International Convention.
