RI-CAS Software
In August of 2003, Rotary International announced the purchase of the former "Clubmate" software for use by all Rotary clubs for club management purposes. After some revisions to the software, they made it available to all Rotary clubs (free of charge) by download from the RI web site in November of 2003. To download the software, clubs must use the Member Access of the RI site and each club can perform one download at no charge. Or, it is available on CD from the RI Catalog.
The software is designed to help clubs more effectively administer club operations in the following areas:

- Membership (including historical membership information)
- Attendance (including attendance queries)
- Club Correspondence (including broadcast email)
- Club Events (Entries automatically create a historical archive)
- Club Archive (to create a written historical record)
- An archive of various club fundraising events and their results

- Miscellaneous Member Invoices
- Automatic Club Billings
- Full Financial Management
- Transmission of TRF Funds to RI
- Budgeting
- Customized Chart of Accounts
- Management of Private Club Foundations
