Your Monthly Membership and Attendance Report must be Filed with District 5110 no later than the 15th day of the month by submitting the online form below.

IMPORTANT NOTICE Effective July 1, 2001, all clubs must update their membership information with Rotary International by using the Member Access Portal on the Rotary International Web Site. All club membership information must be updated by the last day of each calendar month using the Member Access Portal. The RI Member Access Portal requires that all club Secretaries and Presidents register in order to receive a User ID and Password to update all Club membership information and Club Data. Please go to the link below to sign in or register (if you have not already done so) in order to update your club membership information on the RI Member Access Portal no later than the last day of each month.. Completing the form below does not update the Information with R.I.
