Thursday – April 28th
4:00 PM Arrive at Mill Casino, Salmon Room
4:00 PM – 4:45 PM Check-in (Hugh)
4:00 PM – 4:45 PM Distribute Blazers and Shirts (Craig)
4:45 PM – 5:15 PM YE Flag Ceremony Practice, Salmon Room (Larry)
5:15 PM – 6:00 PM Speech Practice, Salmon Room? (Bill)
6:00 PM Pick Up by Host Families, Dinner with Host Families


Friday – April 29th
8:00 AM Students dropped off at Mill Casino. Spruce Room (2nd Floor) for hanging out and luggage storage.
9:00 AM – 10:45 AM Opening Ceremony, Flag Presentation, 10 minutes (Larry)
Five student Speeches (20-25 minutes) (Bill)
10:00 PM – 11:00 PM Speech Practice, these students leave opening early. (Bill)
10:45 PM – 11:15 PM Free Time for all other students
11:30 PM – 11:45 PM Seat the exchange students for lunch
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM Lunch with Rotarians,
– Thought for the Day?
– Three YE Speeches (15 Minutes)(Bill)
– World’s Fair Announcement, 1 minute (Larry)
1:45 PM Transportation for 55 students, no luggage.
2:00 PM - 6:30 PM Either – Day at the Beach or at Faith Lutheran Church with Interact students.
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM If we are at the beach: Transportation for 100+ YE and Interact students to Grace Lutheran Church.
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM Dinner at Grace Lutheran Church with Interact students. Paid by YE, prepared by church group ($450)
6:30 PM Pick Up at location by Host Families, Dinner with Host Families


Saturday – April 30th
8:30 AM Students Dropped off at Mill Casino. Spruce Room (2nd Floor).
8:45 AM – 9:00 AM Meet with all students (Larry)
9:00 AM – 10:45 PM Outbounds present Language Speeches to Inbounds. Spruce Room (Ginny)
10:45 AM – 11:00 AM Boy and Girls Meeting (Ginny, Charlie)
11:00 AM – 12:00 AM Outbounds: Meeting (Charlie)
11:00 AM – 12:00 AM Inbounds: Year End Trip Meeting (Larry)
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Lunch somewhere (Larry)
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Talent Show Prep. Spruce Room (Rick)
2:00 PM – 3:10 PM Talent Show Final Prep. Salmon Room (Rick)
3:10 PM – 4:15 PM Youth Talent Show, Salmon Room. 60 Minutes (Rick)
4:15 PM – 5:30 PM World’s Fair, Fireplace Area (Larry)
6:00 PM Transportation for 55 students, transport luggage in cars if needed.
6:30 PM Announcement of winner of World Fair at Conference Banquet (Larry)
6:15 PM – 11:00 PM Boys and Girls Club, Dinner with Interact Students. (Interact) Cost split with Interact
11:00 PM – 8:00 AM All Night Party at Boys and Girls Club, We need to provide snacks for all night party. (Building and Staff $)


Sunday – May 1st
8:00 AM Students Pickup at YMCA
