On behalf of Interact District 5110, we are proud to join Rotary in the first EVER Rotary/Interact District Conference!
As you can see below, we have a jammed-packed weekend planned with a lot of fun and surprises!

FRIDAY APRIL 29TH:
Interactors arrive with Rotarians 8am at the Mill Casino & Hotel
Opening Ceremonies
* Noon: Movie at the Sawmill Event Center - catered lunch
3:30pm: BEST WESTERN Hotel COOS BAY: check in/rehearsal/mardi gras masks
7pm: Spaghetti feed with YE at Faith Lutheran Church 7pm - 8:30pm
8:30pm-9:00pm: YE to host families/Interact at Best Western

SATURDAY APRIL 30TH:
Interact Conference-Sawblade Room
Breakfast 8am: Guest speaker Umar Shavurov, Rotary Peace Fellow & Anne Marie Nguyen, Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar
Conference times: 9am- 11:50am
Presentation to Rotary District 5110 ~ Panel Discussion 11am-11:50am

Noon – 1:45pm Lunch with Rotary - Jazz numbers - Presentation to Rotary District 5110 Guest Speaker
Swimming Party 2pm – 4pm
Interactors at Work Day:
Southwestern Oregon Community College Beautification Project: 4:30pm-6:00pm
7pm–Midnite: Boy’s and Girl’s Club with YE
BBQ Games Dance Activities
Back to the Best Western at midnight

SUNDAY May 1st:
9:00am Pancake Breakfast at Hotel
11am: Interactors back to the Mill Casino

Lunch provided free of charge. Check with your traveling companions to see if this is an option for you.

4pm: Interact is encouraged to stay and meet RI President Ray Klingsmith
