The Finance Committee Develops the district budget for the ensuing fiscal year in cooperation with the District Governor-Elect and District Governor; audits district expenditures and the year-end financial report; ensures that the budget includes funding for procurement of Directors and Officers Insurance for the District and all Clubs in the District.
