Implements and administers the electronic communications system in the district, monitors its use and effectiveness, and provides assistance and support for the various entities in the district that use the system. Insures that the District 5110 web site and all district entities linked to the district web site are in compliance with Rotary International guidelines for the use of electronic communications, the Rotary International Code of Policies on Internet and Electronic Communications, and the District 5110 Electronic Communications Policy.
