The Advisory Council of Past Governors is composed of all past governors who are members of clubs within the district. The District Governor is urged to call a meeting of the committee at least once a year within the month following the International Assembly to allow the District Governor-Elect to inform the current and past governors about the issues debated and presented at the International Assembly (RI Code of Policies 19.090.2). The district governor may call a meeting of the Advisory Council at such other times as deemed necessary by him/her.
